Veteran local fitness coach Rob Power, who maintains a single digit golf handicap, will pass along techniques that Tour Professionals use to gain strength and flexibility. It works for the competitive golfer and it will work for anyone who just wants the stamina to improve their game. This 5-week program will get you in shape while toning your muscles and promises not to be boring. The Powerfitness program consists of proven, effective and interesting routines using a wide variety of workout devices that many of you are familiar with from TV.
